Governance
The members of our Board of Directors are actively involved in the social economy, and their expertise and commitment are a great asset. Responsible for overall operational and business administration, they are involved in developing broad guidelines, setting rules and policies, and overseeing the application of the mission and procedures essential to the smooth running of RISQ.
Board members also authorize or reject projects recommended by the investment committees. They are responsible for investment risk and portfolio management as part of ensuring RISQ’s continued operation.
We thank them for their professional rigour and support!
